Glasgows Gallery of Modern Art (GoMA) is situated right in the very heart of Glasgow’s cosmopolitan city centre. The exhibitions on show are are often edgy, thought-provoking and always worth a visit. GoMA exhibits are by both local and international artists, workshops are often running to enable visitors to participate fully.

The Gallery of Modern Art opened in 1996 and is an increasingly popular Glasgow attraction which is frequented by both tourists and Glaswegians alike. The Gallery is housed in a neo-classical building which harks back to Glasgows tobacco lord past.

GoMA is the second most visited contemporary art Gallery in the UK, residing in the basement of the building is a library with free internet access terminals and a cafe.
